I am very disappointed with the courier company used by AMC. On Friday I got a call to say my pots would be delivered to me on Monday. I asked the guy on the phone to please give me a call when the pots were being delivered as I would be at work and would need to drive home to receive the pots. The guy said ok. Yesterday I waited for the call but didnt not get a call so I thought the pots were not being delivered. When I got home at 7p.m. i saw the pot boxes sitting outside. There was no waybill. How can the courier company leave almost R11000 worth of pots sitting outside. Apparently they got the complex caretaker to sign for the pots. This is unacceptable. If their policy is that they could not phone me they should have informed me so that I could arrange to stay at home the entire day. I have not signed for anything!!!
