My son was issued s script for anti biotics on the 16th of January by our GP. 5 days later when the pills were finished he felt much better only to fall ill again the following day. I took him back to my GP on the 23rd of January and I was informed that the original script issued by the doctor was for 10 days. Clicks Northgate only dispensed half the script! I logged a complaint on the 24th of January on the Clicks website and to date I have not heard from Clicks. How can a pharmacist working with life changing medication on a daily basis be allowed to make errors? I am insisting on Clicks refunding me for my second doctor's consultation. Not only did I have to pay again I was also forced to take time off work and my son missed an additional 3 days of school because somebody was careless. I find this totally unacceptable.
