I have been a customer at this store for approximately 7 years now. I purchase all underwear and swimwear at this store, including that of my teenage daughter. The one positive aspect about purchasing at this store is that they will carry out repairs or adjustments (repairs are charged and adjustments to new items are free). I took a piece of underwear in for replacement of the wire on 23 September 2013. A month and 4 days has passed since the item was dropped off and the repair paid for. I have phoned on numerous occasions to enquire regarding the repair, to no avail. I was not even provided with a courtesy call indicating what the delay would be in repair time. Superior service is expected from upmarket boutiques, and this is definitely not the case...
