I approached Hifi today to query about my laptop that was in for repair for the second time as when I inspected the laptop on collection the keypad fault still occurred thus the second time repair was send. When you use the keypad it jumps to the wrong keys.

The first repair took 26 days and a replacement laptop was denied. The second repair is over 21 days and still in repairs. The store assistant to me saying that Hifi maximum repair days is 21 business days. There is serious bad customer service received from Hifi Port Elizabeth.

I requested a new laptop when visiting Hifi on 10/11/2013 and the reply was they cannot assist me with this regards as it is the weekend. This is the second time that this laptop has been in repairs for the same problem and both repair periods is over 21 days. This is a breach of CPA and I am extremely disappointed at the type of service Hifi provides. There were signs in Hifi saying that they were voted customer service no.1 when I purchased the item. The ethical behavior occurred really contradicts that.
