I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received from Lewis Store Postmasburg.
My LG Tv is under warranty and has been taken to Lewis Store for Repairs on the 25 May 2013.
Up till today 09 July 2013, my tv is still at repairs with no answeres of what the delay is.
Repair policy state, repair period is 18 day`s. Tv should have been returned to me 19 June
according to repair policy. Lewis keep on giving me stories when I follow up. This issue has
been escalated to Management but still no response. Please advise
