I walked into the store to buy pair of jeans and remembered I had bought a pair of shoes in the same supplier but different branch 2 days before and I was over charged (I paid 330.00 but the shoes had 299.00). I told the cahier at the west street branch and he said he doesn't know how to sort the issues out and he referred me to the manager on duty which was Thuli. I explained to Thuli about me being overcharged at the other store and showed her proof, her response was I must go back to that store and get it sorted out there and she is not willing to take the loss for that other store, its their mistake. When I see Markham I see one store I expected this to be easily sorted. I cannot even express how deeply disappointed I am with how Thuli brought the company's reputation down with her response. I am in jhb now and as it stands my issue is not resolved. to be honest I am thinking of not considering the brand store just because of how Thuli "The manger" handled my issue on the day.
