Handed a faulty watch in on the 13/07/13 for repairs at Edgars Northgate. Were informed that it could take up to 8 weeks> Fine! WAITED 10 weeks, no feedback! Phoned, nobody could establish where watch was, would get back to me. After 16 weeks of query, watch has been misplaced, requested me to come into store and would either replace or refund. 2 days later, were contacted by Anne (Manager) to inform watch has been located with supplier, and they are still awaiting for spare parts? WHAT!!!??? Okay, so now I must just accept this and wait for how many weeks again, 16 or more??? I do not accept this, in total!!! Bad service, no communication what so ever to clients!
