I took my rings and my husbands watch in to be repaired on the 5/11/2012. There is a sign up that all repairs will take 6 -8 weeks before goods are returned, I got my rings back either late Dec '12 or early Jan'13. I was very happy with the result and uderstood that becuase of the festive season I would have to wait.
I have currently been waiting for 15 weeks and 3 days now for my husbands watch to be returned. I was contacted with the amount on what it would be to reapair it and I gave the go ahead. I have been contacting Edgars since the 17/12/2012 and I have had the same response every time from the staff that have helped me (It is not back yet).
I feel as though I have patient enough and now I have come to the point where I am not willing to pay for the repairs and would like my watch back. I am currently waiting for Jayshree to contact me back as when I contacted the store today after being transferred to three different people to have the phone put down on me.
I find this very unproffessional and would like that the watch is returned to me.
