[URL Removed] customers Money (NO REFUND)

This is the only way I can interpret it to be honest. Bought an item on the 25th Oct. Item was defective and we requested a collection and refund. It took kalahari three weeks to collect the item. Credit was then issued to my online account. Asked for it to be deposited into my bank account. It has been TWO MONTHS since this process was started and no money is forthcoming.

This is plain in my eyes. I am so tired of your company this it makes me feel physically ill. I see many other people are having similar issues at the moment which doesn't give me confidence that this will be sorted out. I see the credit on my account has been subsequently removed "as if" it has been paid but my side I'm still R1300 poorer.
