Package ordered and PAID, yet not received

Order number: 5596790
Since 10 December 2012 I am struggling with the call centre to arrange for the delivery of the order to my correct address - this after my address was updated on the website prior to dispatch. Although it is still not correctly reflected as 1 Sturdee avenue in Rosebank, Office 1027W.

I am continuously calling Kalahari, but up to today - still no parcel.

I just have one question: why was a parcel delivered and received by a person other than myself???
