Poor Customer Service - Parcel Missing

I placed a preorder for Call of Duty Ghosts PS3 on 24 August 2013 and and provided a PO Box address for delivery.

On shipping day (5th November), I received an email saying that my parcel is on its way via their door to door delivery service (very stange as I provided a PO Box address and it was listed in the shipping notification). I checked each day at the post office and after receiving no notification and asking the post office - no parcel was received.

I called Kalahari on the Friday 8th November and they said they would get back to me. No one called back. I called again and was assisted by a different person to whom I had to re-explain the whole situation, he also promised to get back to me but didnt. I then contacted the courier company and they said the item was never given to them. On Monday 11 November I emailed Kalahari about my parcel. I received an email on Tuesday (12 November) from Kalahari saying they would call me - no call and no parcel as of yet.

Please Kalahari the game was released on the 5th of November - I have been incredibly patient, but this is ridiculous and horrible service - and the worst preorder I have ever made. Please help
