I would like to take this opportunity to compliment both Bongani and Precious of Matt & May in Centurion Mall for their great service with regards to my sunglasses repairs.
I had sent in my sunglasses for repairs on the 3rd October. It was communicated to me clearly from the start how long the process would take as well as the fact that I would be kept up to date with feedback of my repair. Indeed both Bongani and Precious kept me up to date with what was happening with my repair as well as when to come in to collect my sunglasses and even surprising me with a new pair of glasses due to the nature of my repair.
I myself am in the service industry, and it is rare in this day and age to find service as good as this and it is such a pleasure to receive and experience it.
My thanks to Bongani and Precious for this great Service. I will be visiting them again in future for my next purchase as well as recommend them to all individuals I come across. I hope they get some form of recognition for their great levels of service from management as it is well deserved.
