About 2 weeks ago I went to the new Mat & Maye store in Centurion and am purely writing this on Foshini because there is no Matt and Maye to report to. I bought a pair of Aviator Ray Ban Sunglasses at the price of R899.00 and wow they were quick to sell it. However when i saw the pouch i was distraught, as this is a plain plastic Ray Ban case and my sunglasses were shoved into it and that was it. I spoke to the lady that helped me very nicely and i said to her that it really looks like the glasses don't fit and that they are cramped. We guess what now 2 weeks later my Ray Bans sunglass arms are bent and loose and my glasses have also kind of bent because of this silly case. No i did not sit or crush my glasses it is the case that is too small. I kindly did ask if there was another case and the lady plain said no there isn't this is the case that comes with these glasses as they are not very expensive. Yes R899 may not be expensive but really its not cheap either. I really hope that this problem can be resolved as I find it unfair or alternatively I can return the glasses and get a cash refund.
