Allocation of electronic payment not made to custo

An electronic payment was done on 25 October 2013 from the Nedbank account HE de Bruin to the account of SIBUSISO NGWENYA, but the account number 6277 43 0011 00 6818 590 was not referenced in the payment. Assistance was requested 11 times (telephonically and in writing) to allocate the payment of R350 to the following account: SIBUSISO NGWENYA, acc no. 6277 43 0011 00 6818 590. Proof of payment and requests were sent to [Email Removed] and Customer Services [Email Removed] To date my requests have been ignored and the account not credited. Markham still prompts Mr SIBUSISO NGWENYA for payment
