Very disappointed

Bought HP pavillion G7 laptop from DW on 28.11.2012, opened it & screen green with lines. DW exchanged on 08.12.12 & said factory fault. No problem with 2nd one until 3 weeks ago, back, left cnr started lifting up but could still work on it. Next day it lifted up more & could not open, did not want to force it open, worried it will get damaged. Took it back on the 11.10.13 repair slip 4401.Up until 2day no call and I phoned & put thru 2 Roshana & was told that Nihil said it is physical damage and photo of screen with lines taken. No photo of the cnr lifting up & there was no problem with screen - job no 1606308. I could not believe that he said I damaged it, how do I damage the cnr that was lifting up so badly? We paid R8000 for it & now I must pay R3400 for repair that is not my fault. Read warranty on back of slip & states that item will be repaired under warranty. I was told Dion Wired the best, but now I am so disappointed. I look after my stuff & was very proud of my laptop. Please can this be sorted out and I want all my money back. Will rather buy an Acer from Incredible Collection. I still got original box with all original wrappings. Please give me a call A.S.A.P.
