Very Unhappy!!! i bought myself a Tritton Multi Format ax720 gaming headset awhile back from Dion Wired... but on the decoder box, the Optical Port input is broken... luckilly my headset is still under warranty..so i took it in to Dion Wired Century City... they booked it in for repairs... and said they will call me when i can come and collect my headset... but up to now i haven't recieved 1 phonecall from them... they booked it in on 2013/08/17... my Repair Collection Slip NO is 0200/00000600
They state on the slip and i quote "Should that take more than 21 days, the item will be replaced or refunded"
Well, lets see if THAT happens!!!
