1 month later and still nothing has been done about my complaint!!! Imagine my frustration dealing with such poor customer service!!! All my information is supplied but still that's not enough. What a!!! Again I got a call and the same thing, the agent doesn't want to give her name!!! and gives me the same information! "IT CAN BE SETTLED"!!! Annoyed with the poor service delivery and misleading information! RUSSELLS is the WORST FURNITURE store and the CUSTOMER SERVICE and MISLEADING POLICIES is just as pathetic!
