Misleading information

The information that was given to me was very misleading. I called the call centre about payment arrangements and the agent adviced me to do debit order immidiatley with them. After all information given to the agent and agreements few days later my account is suspended due to no debit order was made when i followed up the company did not have my information have to be updated. Is it a company policy to mislead client and give them wrong information when they are the ones who are paying? I expected a good service from them but now have a change of minds. Toptv suppose to be dstv competitors but with the rate they going now I doubt i still want to do bussiness with them.
