I called in to say that I normally only buy a certain McCains product. I had noticed of late that the quality was not the same and wondered if they were aware of it or if there was a reason. McCains took all the details, spent time on the phone explaining their processes and quality control and then followed up by advising an investigation would be done. The next thing I received a letter of feedback with thanks for bringing this to their attention. To add to this they enclosed vouchers for my use - this was not requested or a refund asked for and I thought with today's general bad service, McCains deserves a huge THANK YOU and THUMBS UP. Well Done...!!!
