I have being a huge fan and supporter of missibaba, I recently bought a small handbag from them, after just one wear I noticed that one of the snake skin patches was lifting, clearly this is a defective product. So I brought the bag back to their city shop, so they could "assess" the bag. I figured at the very least I would have to leave the bag there for repairs, but I was told that I am to spray a protector shield on the bag, and they would not repair it!
Seriously? Do missibaba have little faith in their product that they can't give a warranty or repair a bag that obviously went under very poor quality control checks.
To me, it's just the principle at this point. I had that R2.600 bag for less than 3 weeks and I wore it once and it already needs to be repaired. I have always thought of missibaba as a very high quality company but my opinion has COMPLETELY changed.. I find the way I've been treated unacceptable, I have been most definitely been inconvenienced and qualify myself as a very dissatisfied customer...
