On 27 /3/2013 I lodged a complain against pamper nappies that keeps on tearing. Ref nr 15495189. I spoke to Thembisa Customer Care tel nr 0860112188. On the 28/3/2013 I received an e-mail from Thembisa requesting some unused nappies and the packaging for P&G to be collected at anadress so that Quality Control can investigate the matter. I responded on the 2/4/2013 with the adress. During April I received a call from Thembisa to notify me that vouchers are on its way to purchase more Pamper nappies. Well it is the 22 May 2013 and still havent received any vouchers or reply on the investigation of the nappies. In the meantime I bought more nappies and are still experiencing the same problem the nappies that tears. I phoned P&G again today 22 May 2013 complaining about the quality of the nappies and not receiving the vouchersand the lady Pele (Couldnt really make out her name) in customer care told me that the vouchers are on its way I will be receiving them next week and that Quality Control is still busy investigating the matter and I must switch to Premium Care Nappies. Meantime its costing me money the nappies I lise R2-75 per nappy, not only 1 but at least 4 per pack
