I received a phone call on the 14/15 August 2013 from Outsurance' (OS) "Quality Control" department for feedback on my quotation that I received. I informed the lady that I spoke to that the reason I did not take out the cover with OS is because they did not rank very well on HelloPeter, she proceeded to adopt a very condescending and tone of voice, insinuating that I am incorrect and that OS is actually number 1 on HelloPeter. Based on this report: >>> https:///industry/insurance, OS is no where near the best and I did not appreciate this "Quality Control" person's attitude and I will never take out insuance with OS based on this experience.
I was also going to forget about the R400 for OS not beating my quotation from Miway, but after this, I would like to demand that you honour your policy and provide me with the money for not beating Miway's premium for the same cover.
I cannot remember the name of the agent that contacted me, but I am sure all your calls are recorded for my benefit, so you will be able to see who it was.
Anyway, even if I was wrong in my statement, the attitude of the agent has now resulted in another HelloPeter complaint! Well Done!
