No phone calls after emailing them no contact!!

I emailed them almost a month ago to inform them about the nappy quality, the straps breaking off when I dry my son. Hi I'm just taking the time to email Pampers to let them know that I always purchase pampers no matter the price but lately the straps of the diaper itself breaks when drying. I'm very upset, I buy 4-6 packets a month and everyday 2-3 diapers break. Last night the same thing happened and that's the reason I felt that I should let you guys know. I have 2 children on diapers and I cannot afford to lose 2-3 a day. I'm at the point where I'm literally cello taping the one side on to the other side. Pampers aren't cheap and this hasn't happened in the pass, this is the reason I thought I'd bring this to Pampers attention. Not happy with the quality of the nappiesRegardsStacey-Lee Mentoor. They responded and asked me to send them photos and information which i did! No response from them, I had to email them to find out if they recieved it. I had to asked them to call me. No one to this day has called me. I have made them aware that i will be placing their service onto Hello Peter as the amount of money that gets spent are not pennies. 175x 4 weeks R700 monthly 700*12
