The call i have received regarding my homechoice account is disgusting, this lady unfortunately i didnt get her name she called to be exact at 09:54 from number 087 354 1896
she didnt give me a chnage to speak and still raised her voice
that is RUDE-im not impressed.
she really need to have her attitude changed becuase she is dealing with customers
and on top of it all she pulls up her snot when talking to me and pronounces my surname horribly wrong
and yes im well awars that my account isnt up to date-there is a payment schdeuled for tomorrow
please listen to that call-and i want an apology letter
