My uncle Mr N.H Nogqala has three accounts with HI-FI Corporation in Port Elizabeth (William MOffet Street), he then made a settlement loan at Nedbank and two accounts were settled. On the 1st October Hi-Fi Corporation debited for all the three accounts even though the other two were settled. He then went to Nedbank and spoke to Mr Rudolf Booysens, who called HI-FI Corporation and they requested a co-ordinate letter from Nedbank, that was sent to them and he was told to wait for two weeks for the funds to be reversed back to his account, two weeks passed but still no funds, we then called them yesterday and we were told to wait for another Seven day.
It is really frustrating that he has to suffer because of someone who is clearly not doing his/her job. Can this be dealt with urgently please.
