I placed an order 2 days ago, and did not receive the order (order no. 1283572) within the specified time, so I called the call centre to enquire on progress of order and the consultant advise me that they are waiting for a copy of my ID I will not send a copy of my ID as payment was made via a secure payment gateway. Further more a colleague also place his order and a copy of his ID was not requested, kindly process a refund as this service delivery is unacceptable.
