My insurance settled my account on the 20/12/2013 to MFC.I then contacted the person who is responsible for my account (Amanda) who works at MFC Legal Department on the 23/12/2013 only to be told that my account was not settled. I have with me proof of payment in my position made to MFC from my Insurer. I don't know who is not doing their job here.please help me to get this matter sorted. If is this how Nedbank MFC do things, then I regret being their client.
