Yesterday I received a HomeChoice Magazined addressed to me with a letter that has my account number on it. This seemed strange to me as I was declined when I placed an order for some bedding and blankets for the winter.
I decided to call HomeChoice and ask them about this open account on my name. I think the lady's name was Vanessa or Veronica or Vera, something with a V. I asked her if I could query an account number and gave her my account number. I asked her why I have an account because I was declined the winter bedding and she responded that HomeChoice opened the account for me, I thought that HomeCHoice perhaps made a mistake by denying me credit and granted it. I asked the lady can I go online and place the order again, and she responded yes so I went online immediately and ordered the exact same thing I ordered last time. Just to find out that I have been declined again!!! Why does HomeChoice play such games with people? I have a good credit record! All I wanted was some warm blankets and bedding for me, my wife and kids??? It just doesn't seem fair and accurate, I understand places decline you but why decline me, give me hope and decline again?
