A week ago I bought a toy from Checkers Hyper in Brakenfell and on the back of the toy it showed that there were three colors available. I had bought two of the colors, but was looking for the third one and there were none on the shelf. I had also looked at other branches and they did not even have the toy I bought originally. I asked the store manager (Francois) if he could find me the third color and gave him my business card. The following morning I received a message from Francois telling me that he had the toy I requested and that it was in his office. I picked it up later that afternoon and was really impressed with his service. WELL DONE!!
