Pathetic customer service

I complained about a defective bad in June, in August a Representative was out to my Home and authorised a exchange unit, ever since I've been given the run around from Monesh STATING ITS HEAD OFFICE WHO IS DELAYED and he has never phoned me.
I was promised my new bed would be delivered on Friday the 18Th October, nothing has happened no bed no phone call, i returned to the store to hear another sloppy story that he is sick and my bed would be delivered to me by the 22nd October, still not even a phone call.

This is TOTALLY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A STORE MANAGER!!!
