I always visits different Dis-chem stores whenever I am in the the need to buy a few goods, and the service at some of your stores is extremely bad. I went to Dis-chem in Victory park on the 03/08/2013 to buy a few month end cosmetics essentials, i was pleasantly surprise when I entered the store as I walked in I got a fresh smell of fragrance that's hanging in the air and I immediately knew this was the cosmetics department, all the cosmetic ladies had a full face make-up on and the service I received from them was absolutely amazing, i went on to look for a new skin care product and I was approached by a young gentleman which I believe is the cosmetic manager after I took a look at his name badge, i was introduce to a product called bionike, and to my surprise I ended up buying four products in the range, reason being that this young gentleman explained the product with such confidence and so much pride, i than knew that he know what he was talking about, and that I was in the right hands, I think some of your other stores can learn a thing or two from this young gentleman and his amazing team, WELL DONE, I can say it with pride Dis-chem in Victory park is my new store of choice.
