After year my pot would loose pressure, lid did not seal. Handed in for repair at westville branch. Got back 6 weeks later in worse condition. Still did not seal, lid was scratched and lip of pot hammered with sharp object.
Informed supplier, told need to get other sealing ring.? And they had no record of purchase???
Why was other ring not supplied if that was fault and why hammer marks on pot and other marks?
Appears pot was not even looked at.
Once paid no after sales service nevermind life gaurantee, poor, poor service and product.
