Poor after sales service

In December last year I made the biggest decision of my life when I proposed to my then girlfriend. After much consideration, I chose NWJ as the destination for my purchase of the engagement ring. The service from the NWJ store was flawless however last week to my shock my fianc? told me that the diamond fell out of the ring??? This happened on Sunday 10th February 2013 while she was in church.

I contacted head office - Louise - who friendly advised that the ring can be dropped off at any store and she would be in-contact as soon as the ring arrives.

Date the ring was dropped off at NWJ Chatsworth Branch 23/02/13. I informed Louise of this on the 25/02/13 which she confirmed.

Since that date, i have emailed her 3 times for any feedback and to this date i have received NO correspondence whatsoever. its been almost 3 weeks now, i also have fiance on my back because i have not got "her" ring back and i'm also paying every month for this ring!!
