I bought my wedding ring a year ago at Sterns Tygervalley. I took it back 2 weeks ago because 3 diamonds fell out. Which they then told me that the diamonds are only insured for 6 months. I told them that is the first word I hear about it. They then said they will send it to the supplier to see if its a manufacturing fault. They did just that and the supplier sent it back to go to the head office. The Branch manager then phoned me and told me that it was a manufacturing fault and that the ring cant be fixed and I have to choose a new ring. I was then told that I wont get th full amount it was insured for but for what I paid for it on sale. This is my wedding ring it has sentimental value!!! How can I be happy with this?? What was the point of paying insurance for a full price ring?
