The sales person (Jacore) at the American Swiss Vaal Mall branch in Vanderbijlpark sold a ring well knowing that the ring would need to be sized 5 times smaller. To put this in context, the customer looses all guarantees if the ring is sized smaller more than three times. The sales person also conveniently failed to mention the guarantees attached to the product which is in direct contradiction of the prescribed regulations mentioned in the Consumer Protection Act (68 of 2008). After confronting the sales person she just said "Ill guarantee your ring will be fine". As I was not willing to loose my guarantee, I kindly asked her to credit the ring back into the American Swiss Vaal Mall Branch. We chose another ring that will only require to be resized 2 times. The sales person made a promise that the ring will be done within a week and a half. I have been to the branch several times within the past three weeks and no one seems to know where the ring is???!!!
I will never purchase anything at American Swiss ever again.
