I am getting no joy from these guys. They are FNB's courier. They are responsible for delivering my handset. There is an obvious delay, and when I contact FNB about this all I get is that Digital Planet said they can't get a hold of me. That is strange because everyone else doesn't seem to be having this problem. Someone clearly dropped the ball and excuses are now being made. A week and bit have passed and I have not heard a thing from them. I am the one proactively calling people and running around trying to figure out what is happening. This isn't how it is supposed to work.
