Good morning

On the 9th of October I won a prize with Beacon. I received an sms that I will be contacted in 72hrs to claim my prize.

On Monday, 14th more than 72hrs later I received two sms' before 9am saying Beacon tried to contact me and I must contact the call centre. When I called the centre I got a voice prompt that their working hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. That means no-one tried to contact me which I am 100% sure about and I get the feeling they send these sms messages to all the winners to contact them. I eventually called again that same morning where I was kept on the line for a long time due to high volumes of calls and decided to just end the call and not waste my airtime any further.

This is so unexceptable. They promote the competition but expect the winners to call after them for the prize.
