Just 1200 characters isn't enough space to properly lodge a complaint! In short, was promised prompt delivery; item however was out of stock and waited far too long for delivery; goods were damaged on arrival and needed replacing; paid for 'immacguard' fabric treatment but it clearly was never done. Result? I certainly WILL NEVER set foot in any Rochester store again, nor will anybody I know if I can help it. Finally, to the person at Rochester responding - or not - to this write-up: if the best you can do is the bog-standard 'Thank-you for making us aware... Somebody will be in touch with you shortly', then don't even bother. Your answer is totally fake and no-one takes it seriously.
