Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service.. We bought a Lounge suite and various other goods from your store at Mall@Carnival.. On Saturday we were told that they had stock and will deliver on Tuesday... then it changed to Wednesday... then Thursday! Just got of the phone with them were I was told the container is now all of a sudden delayed!!! Really?!?!?! We were told that they had stock.. that's why we bought from them... I'll probably get the same respond as every one else..."Thank-you for making us aware of the situation. We really appreciate such feedback as we are striving to improve our customer service levels. Somebody will be in touch with you shortly!!! " They should strive in getting educated & trustworthy salespeople in their stores!!!
