I made a purchase at Rochester woodmead on sat 29/06/2013, with sales ref no 241584 for delivery on thursday the 04 July. On Thursday the 04th of July i receive a call from Rochester to say stock will be delivered today the driver will call an hour before to confirm, the driver calls at 18:00 in the evening say he will deliver after 20:00 or Friday. I called rochester branch to enquire and they cannot give me feedback and told to call the headoffice 0118690304 which i call 3 times between 10:30 and 14:00 and all 3 times a message was taken as there is only 1 person who can answer my query and he has been out the whole day. I dont knw when this furniture will be delivered...
