I placed an order on the 6th of September for some books which I paid on the same day. I received an confirmation that my request has been received and will be processed once the paymen shows. Today, I received a notification that no payment has been received from Kalahari, and that my order has been cancelled. What about the R350.00 that I paid you? I have supplied the proof of payment over 3 times and followed up on the delivery. I was advised that the collection I ordered is being imported and would be delivered within 11 - 14 working days.
This is truly shocking. You can keep the books, clearly you need them more than I do? I want my money back that I paid you on the 6th, which was sent to a person by the name of Abduragmaan Adams.
This was the 1st time I ordered from your website, and believe me, this will be the last.
