Continious delay in delivery OUT OF STOCK!!!

I placed an order for Avatar 3d movie on the 23 September 2013 with a delivery date for the 4th Oct, when i checked Online the date was moved to 16 Oct 2013, I sent an email to Kalahari for Shamiel attention, and i never received an email or even a courtesy call from Him. Then on the 18th Oct 2013 i received an email from Kalahari, advising me that they cancelled my order and issued a R 100.00 voucher with an apology. Okay i then accepted this i then placed a new order x2, ordering 5 cd's on the 30th Oct 2013 and the 1st Nov 2013. Delivery date 14th Nov 2013, and then yesterday i received an email advising me the a slight delay, delivery date the 18th Nov 2013, then a today at 11.56 i received another email advising the Delivery date has now moved to the 19th Nov 2013. This is really unacceptable, surely you do not advertise Stock that you do not have or do not have easy access to. Please assist so that this issue can be resolve speedily. I just want the order i placed so that i can discontinue my association with Kalahari. They are very unreliable.
