The worst service I have ever experienced in my life!!! It all started off with the shop assistant entering a credit card as a debit card, so the transaction didn't go through, she then tells my sister (the pregnant lady) there must be insufficient funds in her account, no such message was prompted by the Speed Point, only error with card. We asked to use another machine, this assistant kept telling us there's an error with the card, bot their machines (when we had just swiped it at another store). Then him & another assistant say we should go draw money (which is at the other side of the mall) & come back. My sister then said we'll rather leave the purchase as she's pregnant & tired. The assistant then threw the clothes on the back off the counter, my sister responded by telling him he's rude at which time he said, "you're pregnant, isn't it? Maybe you should be at home resting". I asked for his name, he responded by saying it doesn't matter what his name is! I paid for the transaction to just get out the store, was still entering my pin and he tried to pull the Speed Point out of my hand! They should learn to apply the HEAT principles in dealing with an irrate client, fail!!!
