I visited Marcel's at Zevenwacht today for the first time, but before my order was taken the person who was serving the customers noticed i had my debit card in my hand, stated " our card machine doesn't work" and then just walked away without taking my order and giving me the chance to say i will then pay cash. she went to the back of store and just left me standing at the counter with no one helping me. the other assistant (who hand been helping another customer) then came over and took my order, and i asked to speak to the manager about the assistant with the bad attitude who just left me waiting at the counter. i was then informed that that was the manager. she made an appearance again while i was inquiring about her name. she refused to give me her name and started shouting at me in-front of other people in the store, that she is the manager and there machine doesn't work and i can report her if she wants but i don't know her name so who will i report her too... Being treated badly and then shouted at by the store manager is really worrisome, as she is suppose to set the standard for the store.
