Engen Petroleum
Giving my card to the petrol attendant

I got to a service station this morning at 8:00, the petrol attendant assisted me then after i told him i'm using a card to pay, he wanted to take my card because they pay at the window? i said i'll come with you". He said to me "turn the car from the drive way", then i went to park near the store. Just when i get off my car he started telling me that i refuse to give him my card & my car doesn't have a number plate (of which there"s a permit). He'll never know if i'll drive off without paying. I said to him what's the problem because i'm paying, what exactly is an issue? He started shouting & didn't want me to talk. I said to him i can't give him my card because of, my card has to be swiped on my presence. He kept on insisting that i should have given him my card, i got angry and started to tell him that they should have a mobile speed point & that it's not my problem they don't have it. There was a cashier guy who said to me with attitude"why are i talking to an old person like that"& i said he should behave like an old person, the only person who was calm was the lady assisting me with a speed point. I will never go back to that garage. He didn't have a name tag, he has a very bad attitude
