I have 2 subscriptions that are pre-ordered by CNA every week, Fighter Aircraft and Endeavour. Every week I have some kind of problem with my subscription and the excuses are varying. Supplier did not deliver, Supplier out of stock, Public holidays, or just plain I Don, t Know. Most recently I have had a problem with issue 66 and 69 of the Endeavour. One employee informed me the supplier did not deliver due to Public Holidays so they Have re-ordered. A 2nd employee told me the Supplier short delivered so they have an outstanding order for the remaining ones, a manager, Anusha, told me that the Supplier was the problem and she would follow up to find out. Each of these employees has promised to call me back, but I have never received a call. I went in last night fed up and irritated, the gentleman who assisted me spent an hour running up and down, looking here and there, basically not knowing what the is going on. He went through every customers file to see if this was genuinely a problem, customers had collected 66 and 69 already, proving those who said it was never delivered. My file was the only file missing those issues and no re-order was done.
