I reported an incident on 16 April 2013, and received respond from Morkels head office that they will investigate. To my suprise when i call the store to check progress because i was told that there is stock for contessa at the warehouse, but the warehouse manager, Adele Fourie said they will exchange only when their supplier exchanged the damaged one. What if the supplier exchange after a year, it means i must wait that long. My problem is that i did not pay their supplier, do not even know who is the supplier, i have contract with Morkels not their supplier. If they cannot deliver, they must just refund my money because i paid cash for them and i am tired of being treated as if i owe them.
