We ordered 2 casting kits for our baby boy when he was one week old. The supplier promised the kits would be delivered within one week of order and proof of payment, which was duely done. Half of the order was delivered about a month late with damage to 2 of the 5 parts. Instructions, paint and a second frame was not included, even though it was paid for. Several attempts to contact the supplier and requests for a refund was unsuccessful for the following 2 months. We have indicated to the supplier that it is urgent as we are moving. The last part has now been sent to an old address. The supplier refuses to take any further phone calls and does not reply on messages. Completely unhappy with in competent seller.
