I place an order for a router in the beginning of December 2013 and when I placed the order they told me that the supplier had over 500 units in stock and it would take a week or so to organize it for me. When I called a number of times they were still waiting for it to arrive. I then left it till the 13th of January as my business had closed for the year. When I called back the morning of the 13th the stock still had not arrived and did not receive a call from them to tell me what was going on. I had to call again the following day to talk to the owner graham and he said he is waiting for the supplier to get back to him. When I told him that his staff told me the supplier had in stock he basically called me a telling me that his staff don't do that. I think it is appalling that you tell clients you have the stuff just for me to purchase it them make excuses when I want it delivered
