On Friday 1st February I went into CNA Bayside to enquire about purchasing some additional files for our office. They had just had a delivery of files but the ones I needed weren't there so after much waiting they agreed to take my name&number, organise the stock on call me on Monday (4th) to let me know when they would have some. After a while I decided to explore the CNA online option, but the colour of the file on website didn't look right, I sent an email but after about a week the response I got contradicted itself. I sent a second email that didn't get an answer.By the 20th Feb I decided to just order them even though u cant register as a company?? Then last week I got a call to say they were short 1 purple file. Can they just send my order anyway, I asked them how long it would take to get the 1 file and they said they would have to call me back. They didn't. The order arrived today, 1st March, but short 1 green file?? All 10 purple files ordered were delivered. I called the help line and after getting passed around and having high pitched white noise blasted in my ear 4 times, still noone can help. I'm now waiting for call back to see if they can get the missing file to me
